We shake this up this week with a game. "Coach Justin" writes a workout for Luke, Bryan and John based on the 2008 Olympic Games. Using only Olympic events, Justin calls out a set with repeats, using Olympic race distances. For each rep, coach Justin calls out the name of a finalist for that distance and the guys have the repeat interval to chat about the swimmers. Let's see how good their memory is and look forward to the memories of the blazing-fast Beijing Olympic Games!
